Overview: The origins of this variety are lost forever. And ‘likely it comes from a country of Carinthia, Marzemin. The Marzemino has spread throughout the Vallagarina finding the perfect terroir to express themselves better.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red and violet reflections. Delicate, reminiscent of small berries. Harmonious, full palate with good structure. Excellent retro-nasal correspondence of fruit notes.
Pairing: Thanks to its personality, it lends itself well to red meat dishes, roasts, and medium and long-aged cheeses.
